Why a den

A to-do list is built for one person.

Sharing one doesn't make it a system for a household. The same four gaps show up every time.

“Clean the bathroom” — which bathroom?

Every task belongs to a room, so nothing is ambiguous.
Shared lists don't take turns.

Assignment rotates on its own: alternating, random, or balanced by who has done least.
A checked-off item disappears, and so does the record.

Completions are kept — who did what and when, with weekly and monthly totals.
Miss a repeating reminder and it stacks up.

Only one occurrence is ever active. A week away isn't seven copies of the same chore.

Frequently asked questions

Which devices does it work on?

Den is an iPhone app and needs iOS 26 or later. iPad, Mac, and Android come after the iPhone experience is finished.

What's a den?

Your household inside the app: its people, rooms, tasks, and history. You can belong to more than one.

Can everyone change everything?

Members create, complete, skip, and snooze tasks. Admins also invite people and change settings. A den always keeps at least one admin.

What if someone leaves?

You choose whether their open tasks are unassigned or handed to someone else. Their history stays.

Does it work offline?

Yes. You can create, edit, complete, skip, and snooze without a connection. An Offline Mode banner lets you know, and everything syncs when you're back online — including changes from other devices.

Is it available yet?

Not yet — Den is in TestFlight, with the App Store release next. This page is where it will show up.
